Who are we?
Serenity Monaco is a personal assistance company founded by Leslie Coudreau and Jérôme Jolivet. Wishing to break away from traditional personal service companies, we embrace a more modern and human vision.
Our story
It was through their previous professional careers that Leslie and Jérôme, both working in the high-end cosmetics industry in Monaco, first met. Leslie, as an export sales director, traveled the world to establish prestigious brands, while Jérôme managed various luxury houses and their international reach.
Faced with family difficulties concerning Guy and Albert, their two grandfathers, Leslie and Jérôme encountered the same reality as many families: finding reliable and high-quality services to ensure the well-being and home care of a loved one losing their independence. After conducting an in-depth market study, they decided to rethink home care services, placing HUMANITY at the core of their project and providing a quality service that meets the needs and expectations of both the beneficiaries and their families.
Thus, ten months later, their second baby was born: Serenity Monaco.
Conveying a sense of calm and tranquility, the concept of their project is simple: to offer personalized, human-centered, and transparent solutions, while keeping pace with modern trends and leveraging new technologies. Coming from the world of luxury, Leslie and Jérôme set high standards in terms of quality and excellence: nothing is left to chance, and each beneficiary is listened to, supported, and monitored.
